Makiwara Monday: Simple but Constantly! With Jerome Dupuch

Makiwara training does not require much force. Rather the opposite is the case. Constantly and simple drills lead to better results than exhausting routines. Because the body must to get used to and slowly adaped to the pressure the Makiwara imposes on the knuckles, wrists, and joint. This takes time and patience.
